Let me start off with, WHAT?! HENTAICON?!
YES, PEOPLE! Hentaicon exists!!!!
When I told people about this convention, a lot of people didn’t believe me that one existed. Well, they’re wrong! It does exist, and it was definitely one of my favorite cons this year.
Let me tell you why…
QUICK BACKGROUND
Hentai Con had it’s very first convention from November 2nd thru November 4th at the Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport. It a convention filled with exactly what you’re thinking of, hentai. It included a bunch of vendors and artists, both with it’s original art style as well with the ecchi, sexy look, a bunch of cosplayers, influencers, and porn stars in the industry, and a bunch of HENTAI.
MY ADVENTURE
I was able to check out the con for a little bit Friday and Sunday, but I was mainly there on Saturday. If y’all were able to check out the convention center before, it’s a pretty small convention center, but what HentaiCon did with it was take advantage of the space of the convention center.
When you enter and pick up your badge, they had it under a tent outside of the con.
They even had a back area where you were able to just chill out with your friends in between panels and your shopping experience.
Right when you walk in through those sliding doors was the real experience.
On your left when you enter was all of the VR gaming area, the panels were held, and even the Escape Room. I will get back to you on that escape room further into this blog post.
They had all sorts of panels for this convention, such as Shibari Fun, Kiss Pink Maid Cafe Panel, BDSM 101, Hentai Voice Actor Dubbing, and even some Q&A with some industry people, such as Bunny Ayumi and Swimsuit Succubus. All of these panels would have definitely peeked your interested, especially if you want to satisfy your hentai side. ;p
I’m not really a panel person myself, but I really wanted to check out shibari (don’t get any ideas… xD), so I checked out the Shibari Fun!
You’re probably wondering, besides panels what else was there? Let’s get in on the vendor hall.
VENDOR HALL / ARTIST HALL
There a ton of great artists, anime merchandise, and even booths showcasing different porn industries and stars, even a couple of our friends had their booths showcasing their clothing.

ITASHAAAA
Can’t forget the itashas! If y’all are familiar with anime conventions, they always have anime themed cars. And so, yes, they had some! There were a few cars that were lined up in front of the convention center and check’em out!
GUESTS
Alright, probably one of the main reasons why people went…the guests. There were a couple of guests that came in because they are part of the industry, as well as other influencers.
They had all sorts of people: Kaho Shibuya, Harriet Sugarcookie, Gemma, Bueno of Garage Hero, Swimsuit Succubus, Bunny Ayumi, Jennifer Cihi, Stefanie Deleo, Danielle Mcrae, Kayli Mills, Jackie Lastra, Chris Tergliafera, Corina Boettger, Mistress Synful Pleasure, Kawaii Bro Cosplay, Elizabeth Rage, Heavenly Controller, Cyriichii, Stephanie Michelle, Phunamation, Leighbunbun, and Lety Does Stuff / Tracyverse Comics.
Who wouldn’t want to meet these people?! I wish I did! 🙁
ESCAPE ROOM
OMG. This escape room!
Let me start off with this…what?! An escape room at a convention?! Who would of thought!? We had to try it!
So we checked it out, and all of the times were always booked! Luckily, we were able to squeeze into someone’s group on Sunday and I’m so glad that we did it!
Let me give you guys the story behind it:
“Rumours of an evil magi have been circulating. Supposedly they have been capturing unsuspecting victims and holding them captive in their hidden sex dungeon! Concerned, you and a group of your comrades decide to look into it. Be careful though. you may just become their next victim!”
If that story alone doesn’t peek your interest, then you’re boring! HAHA
Anyways, we checked it out, and I don’t want to spoil anything, but let me just say, SEX TOYS. xD
It was all sorts of fun and definitely one of my favorite things of the convention.

As much as I’m speaking highly of this convention, I really had a lot of fun. It was a good, organized con that always had something fun and interesting to check out. I have high expectations of Hentaicon for the years to come, and I definitely can’t wait to see what’s next! KEEP MORE ESCAPE ROOMS COMING IN!
