Are You Craving the Con Life? Make Sure to Hit Up Titan Con!

Have you been craving the con life? Are you going through the same withdrawal phase as much as I am? Well, you’re in luck! Titan Con is the place to be!

If you are local to the LA County area, there was an anime convention that is held at Cal State Fullerton College that was held by the student body there. It was held on June 23rd where a bunch of different artists, brands, cars and even cosplayers were able to showcase their stuff!

Since it was our first time, here was exactly what we were able to check out during the convention.

WHAT’S AROUND THE CON?

If y’all already bought your tickets ahead of time, the line was a breeze for you. It wasn’t too long, since all it took was a scan of your ticket and pick up of a wristband. Since people came throughout the day, there wasn’t much of a wait for you to enter the building.

This convention had plenty of things that would entertain you when you walk in. On the right, held the exhibit hall, filled with vendors, artists, and even companies representing their products.

If you follow down the halls, there were rooms where they would hold a gaming area and even further down the hall was a karaoke room, arcade area, bowling lanes, pool tables, and ping pong tables.

Before I get into it all, here is the exhibit hall.

EXHIBIT HALL

The exhibit has was filled with a bunch of your favorite brands and artists around the area. If you were willing to dish out some of your wallet, this was the place to be. I happen to snag some goodies as well in this hall, so check it out below.

WHAT ACTIVITIES CAN YOU DO?

After leaving the exhibit hall, you can go up the stairs to check out the other rooms. On your left, there is a tabletop room where you can play a bunch of board games and card games, but also, they featured a new card game called, “Playground Throwdown: Card Battle Game”. It’s a card game based off of your childhood memories playing out on the playground and you guys would attack each other. Last kid standing, WINS!

*If you guys are interested in checking out the game, check out the link below:

Once you go past that, you are welcomed by this sign. If you follow down the stairs and down the hallway, it leads you to more fun stuff to check out!

You enter into the arcade area where they have some video games to check out, the kareoke room where people can sign up and just sing their hearts content, FREE BOWLING, pool tables, and ping pong tables. So whenever you got some down time, you had something to check out.

ITASHA LIFE

Right when you leave outside of the building, you are welcomed by the booth, Smelly Panda. This was where you are able to buy all sorts of air fresheners from the usual hanging ones to the sprays. They got all sorts of smells to satisfy your needs. They even had another booth inside, if you were too hot to go outside. xD

Beyond this booth, there are all the cars There were plenty of cars that appeared outside of the hall that was showcased by Heart of Otaku Culture. Check out all of their cars down below:

MUNCH TIME

After doing the full run through in the convention, you had to get your munchies on. Other than the little snack shop inside of the convention, you have food truck options outside of the convention. You had options outside, such as Okamoto Kitchen, Scooters Italian Ice Truck, and Gaja Japanese Restaurant.

Titan Con is definitely a great con that’s small and yet big enough to satisfy your anime con needs. If you guys are local to LA and feeling the need to buy some anime stuff, I recommend dropping by this next year and the years to come. Follow them on their social media down below to stay up-to-date for next years convention.
